Fuel Filter leaking

Had a strong smell of diesel so after raising and removing underbody protection primed the system and fuel is pouring from the top of the fuel filter (Crossland) is this a common problem with non genuine filters or could it be a bigger problem can@t get a genuine filter till saturday any ideas would be great cheers.

Crossland filters are worse than Censored

Fit an OEM or genuine filter, all will be resolved Thumbs Up

Just as I thought this is somebody else I like to stick to oem or genuine may cost a bit more but you know you are fitting a filter not a tin wit some crap inside Cheers.

I've tried several different types of fuel filter on my RRS 2007 TDV8. All except the genuine leaked around the top. I only use genuine now. Also, be careful not to over tighten the plastic drain at the bottom as they break easily.
