Dip beam

Hi all, another little problem rears its head , I have no dip beam on driver side , but when follow me home lights work, any ideas ,thanks in advance

2006! To add to that ,it is now not working!! Well , didnt last time I tried ! Go with new bulb and cross fingers !!
