Soundproofing

As some of you may know i'm looking to kit out one of my room to the next step and now want to soundproof the room as well. Had a chat with Kaine about this (Thanks for the info you give me mate Very Happy ) but just want to get a few more idea before i do anything.

Anyone know anything about Soundproofing and what i'll be the best way to go about this Question Question RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

One of my ex's used to have a sound studio and he soundproofed it totally with cardboard egg trays...............it actually worked, but I think it was abit of a fire hazard..............so maybe not a good idea!
