Warranty Direct "Refer a friend" £75 e-voucher

Hi,
I have just taken out a Warranty Direct policy using the "Refer a Friend" details from a member over on D3

I get £25 as a new policy and he will get £50 as referring Thumbs Up

If anyone is going to take out a new policy get in touch and I can "Refer" you Bow down Thumbs Up

All done by PM as details to share are Name & Policy number.

There are a few points to follow, their website says to Phone in when you take out the policy and give the details to them by phone,
I did an on-line quote to get the prices then closed the web page and within minutes they were phoning me to see if I wanted to still go ahead with a policy, which I did Smile

You both have to have had your policy running for a Month before the voucher is given.

But they also said you can just give us a call after a month and quote the details of who "Referred" you and they will arrange the voucher Question

so if anyone has taken Out a policy in the last month. get in touch (PM) and we can see if that works as well Whistle

Warranty Direct fan-boy here. They appear to have stopped negotiating on price and instead just offer their best price up front, I think. So a voucher process must be a good thing.

Maybe they should be signed up as a site sponsor to extract some dues from them. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Firenze Red

Hi. I have just joined the site and am just about to own my first RRS. Reading the many horror stories after putting down a deposit was not my wisest moment but now I'm committed, taking out a Warranty seems like the thing to do with these machines. Is the Warranty Direct the best around or are there others such as AA Warranty..? What is covered..? My RRS is a 2012MY SDV6 80k miles with FSH but not all JLR. I have negotiated with the dealer that they change the timing belt prior to collection which they are now doing. I'm expecting to collect the vehicle within the next 10 days. I'm excited and nervous about this, as I haven't even driven one yet..! Shocked

Hi and welcome,

If you do take out a WD policy (hopefully one of the better ones Exclamation )

let me know if you want to share details for the R.A.F offer you have to have the policy live for 1 month before they send anything out, then its just a phone call to them

Well the Refer A Friend scheme works Thumbs Up

easy to use (and spend) you get an email with a link, pick where you want the E-gift card for and how to split the amount
(£5, £10, £20) you can then either print the voucher out or take a pic on your phone, we scanned this at the checkout at tesco and that was £20 gone Laughing

Can still Refer if anyone is taking a policy out Thumbs Up Porsche Cayenne 2022

Hiya,

Looking to get this so can you DM me what I need.

On the topic of Warranty Direct, what do we think about the options. Should I take everything? or just Core.

Thanks

Hi,
I went for Core, Core+ and safety/entertainment did not take the emissions add on.

I took it out for 3 years but no intention of keeping that long, as they will refund any un-expired time if no claim in that year,
they did try loading the first year rather than 3 equal years premium but I had it by email stating = so they will stand by that if I cancel
(which will be tomorrow as its getting p/exd Mr. Green )
reduces the premium if you dont mind paying it out to start with
