Headlight Adjustment

Hi All, First post since getting my 2015 (65) AB in June. When driving at night I get flashed at least twice every journey because people are dazzled by my headlights. Is there an easy way to adjust them myself to save a trip to the dealer? It had a fresh MOT so I would think they were correctly adjusted. Maybe this is just part of owning a RRS?

there are 2 adjustment allen key type screws on each headlight....the outer is for horizontal and the inner for vertical..

Thank you. Is there a specification for how they should be correctly adjusted for height?

only a garage with optical equipment can sort that..
