Understand what you mean by the tiles now, I have no software update tile. hopefully this will be rectified with the update

OK, obviously you are on an early release of the 3 tile software.

As you say you will need a dealer visit for it to be updated and then going forward you will hopefully be able to do it yourself vis SOTA.
