I have got to be honest, I am all linked out after many hours researching!

Currently awaiting delivery of a Engine Hoist and Support Stand due to no availability of 2 Post lift!

Trying to identify whether the Torque Converter comes with Engine out on Removal or sits with the Transmission?

I have seen another post whereby the Torque Converter can be clearly seen with Engine on removal?

I am hoping to begin the process of Engine removal started at the end of next week although all wiring and peripheral engine bay components i.e. Air Filter, Battery Box etc is resting on the workbench as we speak.

Prior to repairing the Cylinder Head Gaskets, Turbo etc I am pretty much familiar with the top end. Its all about best methods to get the Engine out! I have also previously had the Front end off in its entirety so that will not be a problem.

Not me however, its a good watch!

I have already rebuilt the top end and Turbo including peripheral components Generator, Water & Oil Pump etc with engine in situ (Body on).

I have taken receipt of both Engine Hoist and Engine Stand as of yesterday therefore hopefully get cracking on Engine Removal later next week!
