For completeness, can you provide a link to the German university research? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I don't see anywhere that people are being encouraged to use it. It started with someone using Archoil, then someone asked about 2 stroke. As I have said, I am trying it, mainly as I did read the article on it, but it is subjective. I have seen articles about people using chip fat to run their cars. (Oh god, have I started another argument )
I see snake oil is now being mentioned. Never found it online, do I have to get it from the local zoo. Are some snakes better than others

I remember years ago when I had a Scania V8 450 with rear stacks & I used to put half a gallon of old engine oil in with 500 litres of diesel so when I floored it it kicked black smoke out,,you’d never get away with it now. Andy.

I know this is an old thread, but my TdV8 has 95k on the clock and I am just about finished running a tank and Archoil Max 6400 through.
Is it worth running another tank through or should I wait until I reach 100k?
It seems to be running better so has made some difference.
I was getting Restricted Performance pretty much every time I floored it, hasn’t happened until today after I went through a big puddle and I got that no stability and lots of other warnings that cleared once I stopped and restarted. 2010 HSE TdV8 in Stornoway Grey.

Get some of this now you have put the 6400 in,,it is 50ml to 50 litres & works out cheaper than the other stuff,I just put 50ml in every time I fill my truck.I get it from Amazon for about £23 delivered.

Forgot about this old thread, well, I have been adding the 2 stroke for a couple of years now.
