Hi,
it might make my eyes dilate if they tried to charge me for it Laughing

can see no other reason to change the pollen filter, unless it was due a service anyway Question
think it is down for changing at every standard service

Are they trying to charge you and is it due a service anyway Thumbs Up Porsche Cayenne 2022

HI luckily I have a service plan which came with the 2016 plate so no cost to me .not due a service till March .could not get an answer from the Lr dealership. Also they have not been updating my servicing on this car ,it’s been put on my old one 🤔

Very simple, they have not dealt with your oil dilution issue, they have just used one of your free services.

Happened to my brother in law. Your car is supposed to go 16,000 miles before needing a service but oil dilution reduces that significantly so you use up your so called free services very quickly.

You are one of many, give them a hard time.

Mines going back in on Wednesday - serviced in May 2019, now showing oil change due in 1000 miles...frustrating they can't permanently fix this...

Agree you need to Sort the dealer and get confirmation they have NOT used anything from the service plan Rolling Eyes

I doubt that EMAC (think that is who pays when a service is none via a service pack) would pay for a service anyway if its that far off Question

either way dont think they needed to change the pollen filter

Think I would be changing dealers as well Whistle Porsche Cayenne 2022
