that's what I asked as well, but it sounds like he skipped services, so the warranty/service plan may have fallen away --

I don't doubt you, you'd have to be pretty stupid to skip services whilst under warranty but not impossible. I wonder if also forgot to check oil levels? Any idea of mileage at failure? 2008 TDV8 Buckingham Blue- SOLD
