I think your dealer is correct, its 'easy entry' or the memory seats.

How can I turn off easy entry, to take advantage of using two key settings. |

on my2007 lazy entry is on, lazy meaning you don't have to press a button on seat but works as well, the lazy being the remote unlocking of car cause the seat to go to the position it was last in when that remote was used, works for each remote - in theory

If your car is a 2013 MY13 with keyless entry you can't because it doesn't actualy have it, the seat memory settings buttons are on the door panel, and the steering column auto adjust setting is a rotary knob on the left of the steering column, although you can use the key buttons to do a few things.
