I have it in my 19.5 and can confirm it’s both good and bad. As mentioned above it’s most useful in slow moving traffic. I find the audible chime to put your hand on the wheel if left off too long to be annoying. A tech at the dealer said some people drape a “bean bag on the wheel” to trick the system into believing a hand is on the wheel. I was not offered a LR branded bean bag for $200 which I thought was surely coming next!! lol
