It could be pieces of gravel trapped in the tread pattern.

It’s more of a metallic click which is random not consistent with a stone or stones in the same place in the tread. |

Might not be this but try some copper ease between wheel inner face and hubs. It’s a known remedy for a similar problem on my Lotus |

If its a 2019 car take it to dealers and ask them to sort it out at there expense i asume its still under warrenty |

I would call out LR assist - they were great at fixing my metalling grinding noise - was a large stone in rear NS wheel brake disc.
