Russia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

I'm happy!
Nothing has ever broken in it. It's 4month old and i've done 10.000km.
Though there are two things that make me unhappy:
1. Cheap interior (yes... the interior of RRS looks like the one you get in Ford Transit)
2. Fuel consumtion: 30l/100km (~9.5 mpg). 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

For a £60k motor I tend to agree with tf9 = poor standard/level of trim used for the interior Sad

Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Fuji White

Very happy with mine, 10,000 Kms in 6 month. Did it have some problems, yep

one breakdown due to an inept engine management upgrade during the service, i believe there was an issue with a temp sensor that closed everything down Sad not sure if it got knocked during the service, once refitted it worked fine.

Paintwork problems and a few other items picked up on delivery, resolved by the dealer.

irrespective of the niggles, it still is an excellent motor, it turns heads in Sydney for sure, and still mucho pleased with it

Being an oil burner, getting an average of 11litres/100K's thats around 25MPG about 3 times TF9's supercharged Very Happy

Go on buy it Smile Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about.
Btw, i'm currently thinking of replacing standart ceiling surface with black alcantara (you get this in very expensive cars like bentley, bmw 760Li and etc). Would cost around 4k$. 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

Exactly tf9

I would like my door trim in leather & alcantara - roof lining in alcantara

I am disappionted on the overuse of leatherette [ fake stuff ] its cheap and looks cheap. Plus the cabin space is too "hard" it needs a softer cosier feel to it Mad

Let's not forget chaps... it's not a FFRR and the price is set accordingly. Wheels and bodykits are one thing, but I can't understand modifying the car until it no longer shares anything with the car that left the factory Confused Each to his own though - it would look nice with alcantara trims and softer leather Thumbs Up

Ok.. forget FFRR.. get inside X5 4.4, that costs same money, and you would see there is big interior quality gap between rrs and this x5. 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

Thanks Smoogle, Canaryman, xxxAngelxxx, VA, Brocklebank, Derek, MDP, ATM, EXPIREDDATA, JayMann, tf9, Singletrack and Zilch,

you have restored my faith in the RRS.
I was sure I had made a good decision but waiting is so frustrating especially when reading about problems.

I also know someone that took delivery on the 1st September annd has already had a footwell flood from the AC not being connected and now the Suspension warning light is on.

Shmoogle I have a delivery date of 6th December but as I placed my order on the 1st July it seems an age to wait.

Thanks again all. Java Black Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

Once you are in the driving seat of your own RRS, you will only ask yourself why you didn't make the switch along time ago.

I still feel like a big spoilt kid when driving mine, I go looking for excuses to drive whenever possible.

Eight and a half thousand miles in six months, including driving down through France and into Spain for the summer holidays. I loved every single oneof them. The car has never missed a beat. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

As TB and the others have said, once you are in the driving seat of your own RRS you will not be able to wipe the smile off your face. Very Happy I have had mine for nearly 4 months and I already have 8000Km's on the clock. Seriously sometimes I just drive around for the sheer joy of it.

I haven't had any issues with mine and down here in Perth as Zilch has said, the RRS is certainly a head turner.(Which makes you even more chuffed) Razz

Be patient mate. Not long now and you too will be driving around with a grin from ear to ear. Very Happy 2006 RRS TDV6, Java/Alpaca, Dynamic Response Pack, Tow Pack, Head and Tail light protectors, 20" Stormers, Roof Rails, S/C Grill and Side Vents, Tasmods. AutoLogic mod.
1988 RR Highline, 3.5 EFI Arctic White, ARB Bullbar, Roof Rails, 15" Alloys, Front and Rear light Grilles, Side steps. (Still going strong)
