ARC bar replacement

My rear ARC bar is leaking on 2007 TDV8 RRS. Does anyone have a guide on how to partially lift the rear body from the chassis to remove the ARC bar?

The procedure can be viewed on Topix Thumbs Up

It's not a job for the faint hearted though Shocked
And there are special tools and diagnostic procedures required to bleed the system after fitting
