Front anti roll bar pipes

Hi,
Anybody know where i can get new pipes for this,its the front pipes on the off side,all gone rusty and leaking oil everywhere Crying or Very sad

Usually, vice grips on the pipes, and twist and lever out

This entirely depends on how corroded the pipes are at the valve block, and whether they have enough strength remaining in the pipes to withstand being clamped in the jaws...

just been watching on youtube a guy repairing one with a piece of copper,mine are pretty badly corroded all the way,so would probably just be easier to replace the whole lot.Now pretty much removed all mine ,except out of the valve block,sprayed wd40 all over it,try again tomorrow.

Really don't think copper pipes is a good idea,

from the Manual: System pressure Variable between 3-165 bar dependant on lateral acceleration

Copper brake pipes have a burst pressure of around 400bar IIRC, but the constant pressure cycles do weaken the pipe over time

Whether it would be a huge issue on the ARC system, I doubt it, but I certainly wouldn't attemp a repair with it

Fix it right 1st time, or don't fix it at all, IMO Thumbs Up

Needs more volume than thin brake pipe, thicker copper pipe don't take as much pressure.

when/if it does burst, it will be around a fast corner Shocked

you probably also consider the material hardness in places where rock collision is possible

as Disco_Mikey says Thumbs Up

To get the pipes out of the block, I used a steel trim removal tool and pried/levered the belled portion of the pipes out of the block. Car was 6 1/2 years old and they were all out in about 15 minutes. Very corroded especially around the rubber clamp mounts and ended up fitting new clamps.

Have you decided how you intend to fit the new pipes? 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

I clamped the valve block in the vice,took out the studs and tapped it of ,took a while.
Ordering the pipes today,should be able to slide them back in,same way as removed,i took out the body mount rubbers on one side,gave me just enough room to slide out
