Squeak after long journeys

OK this has been bugging me for a while now. After long-ish journeys (at least an hour) my RR front suspension will often start to squeak when going over uneven road surfaces, sleeping policemen that sort of thing. Pretty loud squeaking of the kind that make me feel embarrassed LOL. I'll get home and vow to take a look at it 'at the weekend'.

However the next day when I drive off the squeaks are gone and they don't reappear until the next long journey!

Any ideas what may be causing this please?

Front anti roll bar bushes, they squeak when they get warm (engine heat) and go quiet again when cold. Some will tell you a squirt of silicon spray will quiet them down but this is only very temporary.
New bushes is the only way to make them stop squeaking long term

Cheers guys. I'll try silicone spray on them for now as a quick search reveals that replacing them can be a pain with hard to reach super tight bolts and stuff. Sad
