Well I got the bumper fitted to & I was surprised how easy they are to remove/refit just half a dozen screws & pull it off.I had to cut the tail pipes off to fit the new bumper & trim the aluminium heat shields that fit on the inside of the sides of the bumper,here is a few pics

Easy enough job,when I removed mine I sprayed some WD40 in the gap where the bumper meets the body & it makes it come off a lot easier.The only difference with the SC & the diesel exhaust tips are the diesel face down were as the SC come out straight.When fitting the new shape bumper you need to remove the exhaust tips so it fits. Andy.

Wow what a difference

I got the rear bumper from these https://www.sixonetwo.co.uk/ it came off a brand new sport but was in Santorino so I had to get it painted,I also had to use my own fog lights & sensors but they are the same. Andy.
