Inside the hub are the park brake shoes. So that's prob the cause.

May be worth doing a strip and clean or you may find the park brake seizing on again. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

yes if i ever get the engine running i plan to renew the lot. so i finally managed to free the drum, i took the caliper off took out the drum retaining bolt so the whole thing was loose sprayed through the drum adjusting hole with wd40 left it for 30 mins then whacked 7 bells out of it with a rubber mallet and 10 mins later a free spinning hub.
