From memory, the 3.0ltr had a cambelt change interval of 112k miles or 7 years, whichever is the sooner. The time limit is due to the rubber cracking with age, although there will be a safety margin built in.

As above replace it. Belt replacement, irrespective of mileage, should be done at the required time interval. Kev

There are indeed two belts. One on the front of the engine for crankshaft and camshaft timing and another belt on the rear for the high pressure fuel pump, which is also timed on the 3.0 TDV6 Kev
