Do the 5 L V8 supercharged sports have time to climate control the same as the dieseL cars

I turned my timed climate on even though it’s a petrol as I wanted the cooling effect for the dog (no I don’t leave her in the car when it’s redders) even though it would only be ambient air temp. It didn’t work, it knows the FBH isn’t there and shuts off in seconds. I believe it does work on the petrol FL2 hence why I gave it a try. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

They do warm up pretty quick, not that I find it much use but if its a A/B it should have a Heated Steering wheel as standard which should help the little pinkeys a bit.
