Another Suspension Problem

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for some advise on a suspension fault on a 2008 TDV8 that has cropped up over the past week that I have been attempting to solve the fault is accompanied with the usual codes;

C1131-92 (6C) and C1A20-64 (AF) I have replaced the compressor with no change in the fault or codes generated. From the live data values on my iid tool the gallery pressure is at 99Kpa which rises to between 450-550 Kpa when the compressor runs.

Values for front crosslink valve, front left and right corner valves, rear crosslink valve and left and right corner valves at 0% even when the compressor runs and height change demanded. The exhaust valve, also shows 0%, the reservoir valve is the only one that shows any change at 100% when the compressor runs. all fuses have been checked and the IID tool shows the suspension relay switches on and off. the switch in the centre console to control the access/normal/off road height has both the normal and off road height lights lit. I cannot detect any leaks in the system and over a three day period the wheel arch to centre wheel measurement never moved not 1 mm.

If anybody thinks they can help I would be interested in your comments otherwise I think I'm going to have to go to main dealer to lighten my back pocket.

Many Thanks in advance

David

Did you figure out what the issue was ? I imagine that's a right Censored to be getting the same fault code after fitting a new air compressor.

I'm thinking about replacing my compressor also, as getting the following fault code:

C1A20-64 (AF) Pressure increases too slow when filling reservoir - Algorithm based failure - signal plausibility failure

There seems to be numerous ways of resolving this issue... from just changing out the relay or cleaning out the valve block situated at the compressor, to full on replacing the compressor. RRS 2.7 HSE Stornoway Grey
