New to the forum, so I apologise if this is in the wrong section!

Just wanted to say hello to you all, this seems a really helpful group and has so many great ideas to share

I have owned several RRS's over the last few years, and currently own a 2014 RRS HSE Dynamic, picture below let me know what you think

Its been the best so fa, and has had the usual niggles but nothing to worry about however... recently the climate control seems to have a mind of its own, I wander if anyone could point me in the right direction or is it something I'm doing?

If you set the temp to 'LO' both sides its fine, and same if you set it to 'HI' but if you try and set the sides to say 21 and 19 (something like that) one side is absolutely fine but the other will be really hot!

Very confusing and has been intermittent, so much so when it had its service in March they couldn't fault it, several weeks later its doing it again

I apologise if this is in the wrong section, fingers crossed someone can help!
