After changing compressor a few months back, Im back to yellow suspension fault light. Done all the normal checks, soapy water etc, my IIDTOOL BT is giving the error code: c1131-92 (AF).
Reading the sister site a few posts mention the air inlet filter is sometimes at fault, but cant find a guide on replacing this. Has anyone done this before ? If so easy to do ? Pic of part below and part number: RQB000418 air inlet filter

Isn’t the filter inside the car, behind the left boot panel ?

ok thanks for the help, I had the spare whell out yesterday and saw the tube from there. The LR diagram sheet didnt show exactly where it rested. Will inspect tomorrow. Does that mean that the filter can be changed without removing the whole thing ? RRS 2006 2.7TD BLACK (MY FIRST RR!!!!)

I assume the new compressor was identical to the original?

There are 2 types of compressor, the original was a Hitachi & AMK being the later. I think you will find it's a straight forward swop, however I believe that a software mod was required, plus a change of relay.

The compressor I am guessing was changed before I bought it last year as is AMK type. It was replaced in February with another AMK bought of a "excellent seller" from ebay and replaced by Ilicar in Elche. Ive checked the suspension firmware with IIDTOOL and was confirmed as AMK. Relay was also changed. So after checking most things I'm down to compressor faulty, The air intake filter mentioned in this post or a blockage in the intake itself. OK, so opened boot removed rear tailgate interior and as Andy predicted, the filter atttached to the body behind the light. Was a to get off. Attched are some photos including the part number nicely printed on the tube going to the filter. Time now to find a supplier in UK/Europe.

*UPDATE* found one new on ebay for 15 pounds, ordered and be here around week or so.
