Am tempted to get one, though the extra range version. £10k down & about £450 a month with a high future guaranteed value. I spend £225 a month on diesel & another £25 on VED, so net cost to me is about £200 (+electric). Its 4WD/AWD for the Welsh hills and the range should see me get from London to there in one hit. If not, there are a couple of super chargers on the M4 I can top up with.

I priced one up to my spec, I couldn’t help but select the shorter range car. It was if some other factor had an influence over that decision. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Well, as per another forum member, maybe I’d buy the car, realise it’s unreliable, winge about it depreciating quickly, only then join a model specific forum to voice my disdain, tell everyone that I’ve bought a Skoda but I’ll stay on the Tesla forum just to make sure that everyone knows that I’m a ........... 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Main dealers? You even buy the T3 online, no showrooms even. My nearest Tesla service centre is 60 miles away in Edinburgh and if they cannot fit the car in the next nearest is in Manchester I think......... but I have to say that in this area there are a lot of Tesla X’s - mostly being driven by folks that I know who used to drive a Full Fat Range Rover or a Disco4...... Lack of a dealership network doesn’t seem to have held back sales of Tesla’s up here. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced 2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW |

I noticed that 2nd figure when I tried speccing one up about a month ago. The other thing was I couldn’t (at that time) find if the 3 is also getting the free use of Tesla Superchargers, originally they weren’t going to be able to use then for free. It’s not a huge problem up here as Chargepoint Scotland will let you have unlimited charging on their system all over Scotland for the grand sum of £20pa which is basically the charge to have their RFID card that starts the current flow from their public chargers, although their latest chargers no longer need you to swipe the card on a screen, just drive up, plug in and charge away! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
