Give the site sponsors a ring. Many use them on the D4 forum and are happy with the service. 2011 MY D4 HSE

Slight confusion here...

My RRS is a 2008 (November) but there seems to be two overlapping part numbers:

Are both these part numbers compatible?

LR032104

LR072318

This won't help with those part numbers but may help in understanding what's involved

I'm drowning in part numbers, any idea if SNF500026 would fit a 2008 RRS?

New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

Illustration from Advance Factors website. SNF500026 is a very old number and has been superseded several times. The other numbers you quoted are for the 10-13 Sport and D4 but wouldn't know if they fit or not. Has the garage actualy pulled hard enough on the release cable to release it? as apparently they can be very tight and you do use the hook end of the jack handle for leverage

Cheers
Col

Hate to repeat myself but I did say to have it looked at when you first started getting problems! I did the same as you, my indie sorted it but they couldn't get the discs off, even after cutting the cables. Ended costing me for a new module, rear discs, pads and shoes in total it came to 1200quid or thereabouts using genuine LR parts.
I would get the discs off and see exactly what parts you need then call Dan at duckworths or Steve at advance factors who both sponsor this site,, armed with your VIN number and they should be able to quote you whatever you need, will save you worrying about part numbers. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded

black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!

As above.. these need checking, cleaning and adjusting properly at least yearly.
A good independant that knows the set-up will be able to do this.
Many have experienced issues, and having read a few posts on this across the forum, alot seem to be lack of maintenance. The modules do give up over time, but the added strain from non-lubricated internally expanding shoes, only exacerbates this 10 fold. 2011 MY D4 HSE

You certainly did, and I very much regret not taking your advice! I am a fool.

It looks like I may need to call a supplier above with my VIN close to hand, to actually solve the part number puzzle.

Part number confusion...

The photos show two replacement parking brake actuators:

Mine, taken off my 2008 RRS and one up for sale that is listed as the same part number, BUT the bar code data is different...

Any ideas on how to decode all this and work out what part fits which vehicle!?
