I've never had mine come on, I rarely do commuting type driving or a lot of city centre driving and most of mine is on fast A roads of central scotland and long motorway hauls to london and back, with a bit of offroad use in between! Would interesting to know if the Hybrid RRS suffers from DPF issues in town as it doesn't have very much range on electricity.
The phev has a petrol engine so I doubt it has DPF issues.

RRS sold and replaced with a Skoda Kodiaq after appalling RR Dealer experience and LR inability to supply new cars in any sort of reasonable time frame..

Petrol engines also now have PPF’s (I don’t know if they are yet compulsory but they are here) - petrol particulate filters and my Mini was one of the last petrol engined Minis built before BMW started fitting them and JLR is now fitting them to their petrol engines - it is one of the causes of the 2019 SVR’s having significantly quieter exhausts compared to the previous generations of that model, so could also be called a NPF - Noisy Particulate Filter!2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
