In-car control

Why is it my car keeps showing locked but not alarmed but I always double press the door handle

i touch the door handle once & mine says locked & alarmed

I always thought it was once to lock & twice to lock & alarm. Andy.

Ive just tried with one touch & its still saying same Locked,,Alarm not set Andy.

Just a thought. A while ago my in control stopped working, so I deleted some of the journeys in the log & it fixed it. May be clutching at straws

Hi,
we always double tap the handle and get a "blip" from under the bonnet, double locked
(must be a little person in there who sets the alarm )

If we dont want to set the interior if the dogs inside, go into settings before you get out and turn sensors off.

Have you tried logging out then back in to the app? ours sometimes says not alarmed, but if I log out and back in after it connects to the car agains its all good again locked and alarmed
