Before I left on Friday with the car the last thing the salesman said was,,could you leave me good feedback & a good review on their google site,,Well we’ll after to see what they do about this touch ups on fri,,how can you get the colour wrong it’s more like the artic white on my old L320,,if it’s down to me to sort,,I hope they realise the internet is a powerful thing especially when they are always posting on Facebook Andy.

I had this with a Bmw a few years ago from Stratstone. I picked it up and they’d “fixed” a deep stone,chip on the bonnet. It looked like they’d got the apprentice to daub paint in and around the chip making it look utterly . They called it a smart repair but I reckon the salesman did it to save time and money. It took a load of moaning before they’d agree to getting it ACTUALLY smart repaired. This time he filled the hole with paint and buffed it. Couldn’t tell it had been done in the end!
