It could cause your issue if its not been fitted properly as you look at the front of your car it should be fitted to the right hand side just below the bumper and have ACC written on it i notice you also have a fault on your head lights or so your photo showswhich mah mean it has all not been fitted correctly |

The acc sensor wasn't fitted properly, I have since secured it and I don't have any more problems (at the moment) with acc |
