just about got to work and car just died,I had 1/4 tank of fuel but put in 20 more litre just in case.Still couldn't get her started ,about 4 times it caught but wouldn't run .drained battery so I got the AA out.Guy was there about an hour, there was no pressure from the bleed valve? No fuel from the fuel inlet pipes? We was discussing about getting the recovery truck out when he gave it one more try and she started, revved up ok so he left it at that ,he didn't know why it started .Anyway on way home I was trying to give it a blast to clear it out ,at around 3000 revs it would bulk dropping revs then pick up again, doesn't always do it.Any ideas ,battery on charge,I have spoken to my local indy, they saying possible injector pump,or the fuel pump in tank which is a 4/5 hour job, does this seem about right time wise for this to be done.Could it be a case of dirty fuel .Any thoughts would be much appreciated.TIA
one thing he had a bar reading of 25 then when it did fire up it was running at 250 and going up to 700 when revved hard
