Indicator

I have noticed something really odd whilst I indicate left for some reason my full beam comes on the same time? Any ideas

Are you sure it's the full beam? It is more likely to be the cornering light (it has a separate bulb in the headlight unit) 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography
2013 Grey Black Edition SDV6 (lasted a while but gone now)
2005 Grey Supercharged Sport (gone but never forgotten)

there's a bulb in the reflector below the indicator
for corning

No it's definetly full beam I have the blue full beam light appear on the dash

probably faulting indicator stalk then as an easy and cheap attempt to fix

Before you do look at changing that, maybe try disconnecting the left front indicator and see if the full beam comes on still, then repeat with the rear and then the door repeater just to rule out a bad earth (although I suspect only the front left if any, would effect full beam).

It's strange because when I put full beam on it doesn't seen to click on if you know what I mean is it supposed to? Merry Xmas to all by the way

well if the stalk doesn't feel right, and indent onto main beam, that is a good reason to change it

your meant to push the stalk back (to the dash board) and it stay there in main beam mode, just like 1970's cars.
You then pull it forwards (to steering wheel) for normal dip.

A pull forward gives a momentary flash and it should return to center
