Leave your keys as far away as possible from the car when washing it....just beeps alot when using a hosepipe near the rear bumper...agreed, useless feature MY16, 3.0D HSE Dynamic, Barola Black, TV, Rear Entertainment, Opening Pan Roof, Meridian

2013 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

I wasn't sure mine actually had it, I cant get it to work anyways yesterday I was under the back of the car looking at something and the boot opened haha so it obviously does just need to find where the sensors are perhaps they need a good clean.

This just happened to me while washing my car in the garage. I just managed to stop the tailgate before it hit a gas pipe running along the ceiling of the garage!

Does anybody know if this damn useless and dangerous function can be disabled?
