Heating/blowers fault?

We’ve had the new RRS about 2 weeks and today is first long run out in her and I’m in the passenger seat and it’s blowing cold air out of all the vents even if turn all dials to Hi and AC and auto off. Same on the rear vent . Looks like all passenger side has no heat source for blowers. What could cause this? Can’t be fuse or blockage as cold air blowing through? I’m bl**dy freezing! Lol! Rolling with laughter

1. check the coolant level is correct.

2, the matrix may require a flush

3. could be the flap servo

Thanks Andy. Are these easily done or is it a garage job? Is there anywhere we can get instructions on how to do this if it’s a DIY job? Cheers.

1 & 2 are easy.

2. THe hoses are at the top of the bulkhead on drivers side.
When you have been on a run see if the flow and return are both hot.
