Adjustable rear seats?

Are RRS (5 seat models) supposed to have rear seats that slide back and forward a bit? The instruction manual shows a lever under the seat that does this but there’s no lever in my car. Not a major grumble but several online reviews say you can adjust the seats but I can’t figure out how. Reclining them is fine with the lever at the side but back and forward seems to be missing.

My car also has the levers or, rather, blanks where the levers should be, but they do not slide forwards/backwards.

However, you can recline them, same as yours. --

IIRC it is the 7 seater version that has the sliding function for access to the third row, 5 seat cars just have the reclining function 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
