The MK2 has the Revo knuckle diff which is designed to eliminate the torque steer. I tried this and there`s hardly any at all compared to the ST which tried to rip my arms off . More powerful ones may have more, I don`t know. This RS is similar power to my mapped ST but this just puts the power down better somehow...so nice. The upgraded RS Dynamica seats don`t look comfy but are so supportive and nice.

I`d go for the MK2 mate....firstly, they hold their prices so much better (some are more than a new MK3 ) Secondly...in mine and most peoples opinion, look so much better...aggressive. The MK3 is AWD and 350bhp...but give me a MK2 every time  Steve.

I know what your saying Steve,about 9 years ago I had a 07 ST & when I put the foot down the torque steer was terrible & would sometimes pull you to the other side of the road with the camber,as for the mk2 against the mk3 I do agree about the mk2 being slightly better looking as it stands out were as the mk3 is just a focus with different spoiler & front bumper.Ford should have made the arches wider like the mk2.If I do get a 3 it will be the edition probably in red if I can find one when ready to buy.The one car I wish I still had was my Subaru sti wide track it was in immaculate condition inside outside & even underneath

That`s another car i regret selling..2002 STi Prodrive 340bhp. Sold for 6k...same spec and miles now....10k!

Or the reality is that old RRSs aren't worth much, no matter how much we as fans of the vehicle might think otherwise. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

That is a good site for valuations Jim,,WBAC offered me £38000 today

Ive got someone coming on mon for a look at it,he came today to look but ive brought the Evoque to work to mot & service,,if he buys it im getting a RS if not im keeping it for a few more years Andy.
