I would be tempted to start by simply drying the fuse box out using a hairdryer or similar. Then inspecting the casing for cracks or splits.

Thanks Jim, I was thinking about trying a hairdryer. Concerned water, albeit minimal has got in there. And the battery area too. |

On a driveway, it’s been quite wet recently. The car is parked on a slope, wonder if the seal under the bonnet has failed and leaked into the engine bay? Had it 10 years parked in the same place and never had an issue. Can’t get it under cover I am afraid. |

Common is the transfer case control module behind the battery. Take the connectors off and check for green/blue corrosion.
