Didn't know you could remove the turbo on the V8 body on.

The driver's side turbo has the crankcase breather outlet plumbed in to its inlet pipe. The breather system has an oil separator in it (up in the V at the backend of the engine) that is supposed to remove oil but no doubt some will get through.

Isnt there a mod, factory tsb fix to sort this?

I thought that was for a TDV6 issue. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Thanks for the info, I hope that is the problem as it would save me removing the turbo, which may not be poss anyway.
