Go into your phone’s Bluetooth settings and look to see if the phone is connecting, if not tell the phone to forget the car then try re-pairing the car and phone. I’ve recently had the same issue with my Mini after the car has been in for a software “upgrade” that didn’t work and is a downgrade for which i’ve Just had a phone call asking if the dealer can collect the car to have another go next week, so I expect i’ll Need to pair the car andphone again afterwards. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Mine did this some months ago (also MY2010) and has been suggested, re-pairing did the job. Don't know why it did it, just did it. |

Mine also,, has happened a few times but seems to put itself right, sometimes have the same issue with the radio not detecting any stations. Normally turn off wait for it to go to sleep then restart fixes it most of the time. 2010 RRS, TDV8
