Winter Tyres & Wheels to use on both RRS SVR and Discove

I am lucky enough to have both a RRS SVR and a Discovery 5 - we drive to the mountains quite a few times through the year. The SVR and the Discovery have 22" and 23" wheels. Rather than putting winter tyres on each car I did consider buying an additional set of wheels and putting Winter Tyres on those wheels which I could use on both the SVR and the Discovery.

I'm assuming this is possible to do this and I'm intrigued what wheel and tyre size would people recommend ?
