Anyone for a 6" lift kit?

Twisted Evil

Our patented 6″ lift kit increases approach, departure, high center and decreased body drag. The standard kit utilizes the air ride system, keeping all of the travel modes of the range rover design & characteristics (entry, normal ride & off-road) at the touch of a button. The kits design keeps all of the Range Rovers suspension engineers design working angles. This a bolt on kit.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

There are a couple of parts missing that are essential for such a big lift - portable steps so driver and passenger can get in an out when the body rests on those huge tyres......... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

I see Johnson also makes rods for the L405 and L494 now: http://johnsonrods.com/johnson_rods_3_003.htm

a bit more modest lift at 1.5 inches

now sure how they differ from the original rods, they don't provide any explanations on their website. --

a reply from Greg Johnson regarding the lift rods:

Quote:
The lift works with the air suspension to give you a 1.5 inch lift above the stock position.
The installation is very simple. Remove one wheel at a time and exchange the stock part for the Johnson Rod.
The entire process should take less than one hour and does not require any special tools.
The drive train is not a problem as the Range Rover was built to operate with a lifting air suspension.
