England 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Firenze Red

I Would love to know the actual stopping distances with Brembo's and without Brembo's Rolling Eyes

I reckon it's quite a bit too !! I just can't see those normal Landrover calipers and Disc's cutting anywhere near close to Brembo's !

I might actually dish out for Brembos - had a close call this morning on the M25 - the cars in front completely came to a stall from 70 MPH could have been a major pile up but luckily there was no one too close behind me! First time ever I have experienced my RRS actually skidding and trying to gasp for breath to stop - Censored scary Censored !

Skidding? Suggests a problem with ABS........... rather than the brakes not being up to the job. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Yep the beast was coasting towards the car in front without control but then decided to halt in the nick of time! What could be wrong with the ABS?

Do you have the Autonomous Emergency braking and adaptive cruise control? I have read elsewhere of people having issues of โ€œconflictsโ€ between that and ABS in emergency situations and the ABS not performing well 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I have yes and you are right it kinda felt like the car is trying to brake itself but when I stepped on the brakes it seemed to have interrupted the autonomous breaking...time to call the dealership me thinks

I have it on the Mini but not the adaptive cruise control and have had to have the camera sensitivity reduced as it was continually flashing warnings that the car in front was approaching very quickly........... even when it was in the lowest sensitivity that can be set in the dash. In What Car? Recently Jaguar got lambasted for the sensitivity of their system which in some F Types and F Paces wasnโ€™t just braking the cars but also setting off the airbags........ Jaguar claimed that owners were leaving it too late to brake so What Car? ran an experiment to prove to JLR that it was a system glitch, not a driver bad habit! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
