Wow, that looks really cool! I've not played any vid games for years and the fact I won't own an SVR any time soon, makes me tempted to go and kitted out!
I see it has Russian number plates and reminds me of a time I was late for a flight in Moscow and our driver had a RRS and drove like a lunatic in -30 with ice and snow on the road and I had a cracked rib, trying to hold on in the back!
