I'll say it before somebody else does, but if you have fitted it to a Jeep I think you fitted it to the wrong vehicle, which could explain why it doesn't work:lol:

They are saying it’s a Range Rover and not a Jeep. My jeep is a real jeep at 77 years young.

Range Rover there a Jeep lol I am not sure if they do need calibrated there nothing on snap on computer to calibrate it .. That the last thing I was thinking does it need to be plugged into a factory computer |

Having recently had a EPB module fitted to my MY10 RRS, it does need to be re-calibrated. Your Snap-on tool may not be able to do that (mine was done at a local indi who had a bloke who does all the electrickery stuff for him). |
