I am interested in what both claim to do and why (per DM above) some in the know say it is a waste of cash. Any simple non technical comment would be gratefully received. |

Terraclean runs refined fuel (Optimax etc) through the system with cleaning agents. Exactly the same as a £4 bottle of Redex/Forte etc

Thanks for the rey DM. I will plead guilty to using a bit of snake oil (or more accurately, millers ecomax diesel) not really because it does anything for my fuel economy (it doesn't in my experience) but more because it does appear to me to run slightly better with than without, like a premium diesel fuel or as best can describe, in my petrol days like using higher octane super unleaded.
