I have the same year and spec and my car doesn't have the upload feature on it, I think this occurred on late 2011 and up models when they went to the 8 speed gearbox. The sat nav is loaded in the RRS system and the only way to update is by visiting a JLR garage. There are lots of posts on this side of things as it is expensive and the maps are not up to date. |

The sat nav is a pain but although this won't help you they changed it for 2012 MY so I recently updated mine to the latest (had been running original so was missing a chunk of the M74 for example) via usb stick. 90 quid off ebay. |
