Hi all,

I have an issue with my drivers door speaker not working (no sound, but all others are fine). I have the base audio system, which is ok, but not great. I just wondered if there was a way to test if the speaker is bust or if it's a wiring issue.

If the speaker is a goner, does anybody know the part number for it or of any aftermarket ones that would be easy enough to fit?

Not really base system. It has an amp user seat

On mine if I crank the volume up high I’d starts and continues working.

I found green speaker wires touching at seat mounts but it didn’t fix it!

Thanks for the response Andy. So you're saying that the non HK system has an amp under the seat?

A UK HSE should have a HK system. With HK on the speaker grills.

The petrols had the HK logic7 system.

Yeah it's a funny one, despite being an HSE, no navigation and the build sheet says it didn't have the HK system. The speakers just say land rover on the grille on the door.
