I've read of poor sealing of the plastic scuttle below the windscreen, especially if it has been replaced recently.

Blocked A/C drains.

This is also worth a read: http://www.rrsport.co.uk/gallery/albums/us...illar2.pdf

You could also have an issue like i did. Sunroof entrances to the drainage pipes was blown clean with compressed air, but in the end the drainage pipe on what is your drivers side wasn't draining out of the car, the pipe had dried and broken and was draining into the footwell.
a 1 hour job and complete pipe was replaced. no more wet carpets. 2019 RRS P400e Autobiography

Mine was leaking from the A Pillar, clips can be ordered off ebay for a fraction of the price the dealership sells them for.

I had this problem with my 2005 Sport. First I cleared the sunroof drains, which did have a bit of muck in them, (cleared by blowing both ways with an air line.) but the problem persisted.

Then I removed the cover at the base of the windscreen (it clips in with about 6 plastic trim clips). If water defeats the rubber seal on the windscreen glass, it can run under the cover and drain directly into the heater intake (yes, really). So I made a plastic shield to deflect any water that went that way. Replace with new trim clips.

Finally, I took the A pillar cover off. It is also secured with the same plastic clips, with an O ring seal on them, plus one screw at the bottom. Water was entering via the trim clip holes, especially the peg at the bottom that is sealed with foam rubber (!). I refitted with new clips and a good dollop of silicone sealer across each hole and Viola! The leaking stopped.

The floor under the carpet has a channel with a wring loom going through it. I lifted the carpet a bit and blew the water out with an airline and dried the foam underlay with an electric blower heater (greenhouse heater). After that, all was well.

Whilst it was full of water, my central locking stopped working. Once dry, it all worked again.

Adam..

Unblock the AC drains. They exit above the gearbox

But I believe you need to unblock it inside
