The SC went to the dealer this week for squealing brakes (Brembos) at low speed, phone contacts not downloading, squeaking driver seat over speed bumps and a faulty SIM card reader. It’s 8 months old with 5000 miles.

Loan car was another RRS - tick
All brake pads changed problem fixed - tick
Driver seat squeak fixed - tick
New SIM card reader ordered - tick

My usual service representative, Adam, is always helpful and gives updates throughout the day. I can’t fault the dealer experience.
