TDV8 HST questions

The dealer says that the hst has the same spec as the supercharged hst is this correct or are there any major diffs apart from the engine? Also does anyone know what the price is for the tdv8 hst as the dealer says prices not yet released.

I believe the HST spec is the same apart from the obvious differences Wink

The TDV8 HST list price is £58,995.

Hi Bax

I was in a dealership yesterday and overheard talk of there being no more HST's - apparently due to lack of bodykits !

That dealership has numerous ones on order and cannot get any idea of delivery date for them. They've now been told that they'll probably ' never see another one' !

RRS residuals are now safe ... no danger of public mistaking an HST as the real RRS

I saw a supercharged HST at a chesterfield showroom and in the flesh it looks stunning. The press release photos to me make it look very boxey but it looks superb. The supercharged one I saw was for a customer but it may be available. Loosely translated that means its one we have ordered in an its for sale. I dont think I could manage 8-15 mpg.

Im pretty new on here so I guess people are not too keen. Have you seen it in the flesh coz I was the same when I saw the pictures, Monday I looked on Pistonheads and there is an hst for sale in Java and that looks fantastic so back into them now.
Can anyone tell me what the real world mpg is on a supercharged RRS are, by that I mean going about town mpg, putting your foot down mpg and motorway cruising at 85 mpg. Im very tempted to get the supercharged hst thats at the dealers now as apposed to waiting for a tdv8 hst next year.

Yep that kind of answers my question thanks. A tdv8 hst it is then. I am pretty much like you in that I have a short journey to work.
